I will be doing my utmost to make sure that you receive your purchase in one piece. I double box to allow for a shock, I place foam between the boxes and of course around the piece to make sure it gets to your door in one piece. In the case of breakages or returns see bellow.
In regard to products that are received damaged, I will resend the product ASAP ; as quick as I can make you a replacement, if this is not possible because of the unique nature of my work or If I'm unable to produce a replacement piece that you are happy with, I will refund your account in full. You will have to show proof of damaged goods, a photograph will be good. Any other issues, should they occur, will be dealt with on an individual basis.
You will also receive an apology from the postal service in person for doing such a bad job in delivering your purchase (I wish this last bit of information about the postal service was true).
If you are not happy with your piece for any reason, you can return the product within 2 weeks after you have recieved it, no questions asked and I will refund your account minus the postage.
I have been told by An Post (Irelands postal system) from time of shipping that customers in
Ireland will receive their package in 1-2 days
United Kingdom residents in 2-3 days
United States of America in 4-7 days
European friends in 2-4 days
If for some reason they do not arrive to you within the predicted times, I apologise on their behalf.
